San Francisco, CA – On May 19th, 2011 VCG accepted the 2011 John L. Martin Partnered Project of the Year – Diamond Level Award for their facilitation efforts on the I-680 Southbound Express Lane Project.  This $35M Caltrans project was constructed by Bay Cities Paving and Grading.  Bay Cities delivered the project ahead of schedule and without any claims. This was the first HOV Toll lane in California and the
