The team of Whiting Turner & Clark Nexsen working with NAVFAC Southwest and partnering facilitated by Jim Eisenhart of VCG has won the Best Project in Government Buildings for the Edson and Chappo Dining Facilities, located in Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
